To use our Service, you must:

• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Service.
• Ensure your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: To access most features, you must create an account by providing accurate information, including your name and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities occurring under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bestmeeting.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Organization Accounts: If your account is associated with an organization, administrators of that organization may have access to your account data.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Free and Paid Plans: Certain features are available for free, while others require a paid subscription.

Fees: Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. You will have the opportunity to review and accept pricing before completing a purchase.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled through your account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.

Delinquent Payments: Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the Paid Service. We may attempt to notify you of any failed payments.

5. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or organizational purposes. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Service.
• Modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the functionality of the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Exploit the Service in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.

6. User Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of content you upload or input into the Service ("User Content").

License to Best Meeting LLC: By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purposes of providing the Service.

Compliance: You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents for any data shared through the Service.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Key details include:

• AI Model Improvements: We may use meeting transcripts and AI interaction data to improve our AI models. Users can opt out of this specific data use by contacting us at privacy@bestmeeting.ai.
• Third-Party Services: The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., calendars, CRM systems). Your data will be shared only as necessary to facilitate these integrations.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Service will immediately end.
• We may retain and use data as permitted under our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, governed by the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
